The Eagle Creek Golf Club Conference Center and Banquet Room plays host to over a hundred golf outings annually, and now we are excited to open up this multi-purpose facility to corporate meetings, parties, wedding receptions, and social functions. Check for availability during Summer hours.
This spacious 4000 sq. ft., multi purpose Pavilion can seat over 200 people and is equipped with a full service kitchen, restrooms, built in bar, and heating and air conditioning. Three patio doors open onto a newly landscaped terrace and covered tent area that could be utilized for any outdoor functions.
Enjoy the tranquility and seclusion of our naturally wooded grounds as they serve as a picturesque backdrop to be enjoyed by all. Overlooking the signature 18th Hole of The Sycamore Golf Course, these scenic surroundings offer the perfect setting for a memorable experience.

No food or beverage may be brought in from outside sources unless approved beforehand by Eagle Creek Golf Club Management
Menus are merely suggestive, we can customize to meet your specific needs. Events that have no food and beverage service may be subject to and additional room rental fee.No one under the age of 21 will be served alcohol. Under certain conditions we reserve the right to close the bar for the duration of your function
Deposit and Payment
Payment of room rent is required in order to confirm your booking, and payment in full is required on the day of your function.
Prices quoted are guaranteed six months prior to your function. When calculating the cost of your function please note that added to your food total will be gratuity of 15% and sales tax of 7%
